Trailview Cottages is proud to be a pet-friendly community! We welcome up to two pets per home, subject to the guidelines below.
To help us keep accurate pet records, applicants with pets will be asked to provide:
- Up-to-date vaccination records
- A recent photo of each pet
Pet Guidelines & Monthly Pet Rent
- One dog (up to 25 lbs.) or two cats
- Pet Rent: $25 per pet/month
- One dog (up to 25 lbs.) and one cat
- Pet Rent: $25 per pet/month
- Two dogs (each up to 10 lbs.)
- Pet Rent: $25 per pet/month
- One dog (25–50 lbs.)
- Pet Rent: $50 per month
Additional Fees
- Pet Deposit: $150 per household

- Breed restrictions apply
Cats
- Must be at least 1 year of age
- Must be spayed or neutered
- Gel-capped nails preferred
