Trailview Cottages is professionally managed by Impact Management Group. 

Security Deposit is $500 with approved credit and up to one-month rent for conditional screening results.

Cold water, sewer & trash removal is included.

Pets are welcome. However, the privilege of keeping a pet is offset by an increased deposit, additional monthly rent, additional fees, or a combination of these. Some restrictions apply. Please contact our on-site manager for more details.

No, smoking is not permitted. Trailview Cottages is a smoke-free community.

Renter's insurance protects your personal belongings from loss, damage, or other covered events. While Trailview Cottages carries insurance for the building, it does not cover your personal items. Renter's insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it to help safeguard your possessions.
